Beastie Boys Sued For Own Song

The Beastie boys have a strict policy against their music being used by companies for financial gain, but that didn’t stop toy company GoldieBox from using it in their recent viral ad. The rap group liked the message, but asked to remove it from their ad which caused GoldieBox to sue for the right to use the song. You have to fight for your right to party and litigate.
