WWE Sued For Allegedly Causing Woman’s Death in 2008

Indiana courts said a lawsuit against the WWE and the city of Indianapolis can proceed by a family who claims a young mother died as a result of attending “Summer Slam” in 2008. The lawsuit says that smoke from fireworks during the Undertaker’s finale filled the arena causing the woman to have a fatal asthma attack. The family has been trying to sue for 5 years.
