The sheriff in charge of the Bristol County jail where Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is being held says he will not allow Hernandez to get married as long as he’s in his custody. If he was married to his fiance’ Shayanna Jenkins, she could be shielded from testifying against Hernandez at a trial. This is the slippery slope people talk about.
