Barack Obama announced plans for the U.S. to spend $7 Billion to provide electricity to South Africa, where two-thirds of the country doesn’t have access to electricity. Meanwhile, Detroit has reminded everyone that they aren’t filming a post-apocalyptic movie, their city just always looks that way.
