A Boston Red Sox fan who was stabbed in the neck by a drunk Yankee fan at a Connecticut bar won $4.3 million in a lawsuit against the bar for over serving his attacker. The Yankee fan told the victim to get out of “Yankee territory” and then stabbed him. The jury must have felt that since it was in Connecticut, the whole “territory” argument could have gone either way.
