First Look at PTA’s ‘Inherent Vice’

The first pics from the set of Paul Thomas Anderson’s new film, ‘Inherent Vice’ have made their way onto the internet. The film, based on the 2009 novel of the same name, stars Joaquin Phoenix as Larry “Doc” Sportello, a drug-fueled detective investigating the disappearance of an ex-girlfriend in the early 70’s. The film also stars Anderson’s wife, Maya Rudolph in an unknown role.
