The Weekender: Grilling

For most of the Interrobang writers, grilling season never starts or ends.  There’s no weather too cold, or even too wet to cook outside.   But  some people stop grilling in the winter and  open “grilling season” in May.   This weekend we want to know:  What is your favorite meat to cook on your grill, and how do you cook it?  

You can pick anything you want– you can even pick a vegetable or non-meat if you want, but it will be a lot harder to win. Just don’t forget to convince us why you’re right. It’s the explanation that will win, not the “meat” and we’re open to being convinced.  If you win, there’s another Ron and Fez Pepperkeet tshirt on the line.
