Hip Hop mogul Michael “Blue” Williams is waiting for approval from the NYC Police Commissioner Ray Kelly to put his “Guns for Greatness” plan into effect. The idea is to offer people tickets to Beyonce’s show in Brooklyn in exchange for their guns. If it gets approved, he hopes to do the same thing for the Jay Z show at Yankee Stadium. And if that’s successful, he wants to do something really amazing and try it at a Ted Nugent concert.
