Chubby Checker is taking Hewlett-Packard to court over an app also called “Chubby Checker”. The app estimates a guy’s dick size when his shoe size is entered. Chubby doesn’t want to be confused with the app. He feels the app has done damage to his name and confuses people now when he sings about twisting.
