Prisoner Says He’s “Too Fat” For Execution

Earlier this week an Ohio prisoner awaiting his execution date of January 16, 2013 claimed that he is too fat to be put to death. Apparently they claim that it would cause “servere complications” if he was given the shot. I guess Drs. Troy and McNamara weren’t available to provide emergency liposuction? In other news, Phil Spector recently made a similar claim saying that he is too “good looking” to be prison. Whatever that means.
