Favre is suing Pat McAfee along with Shannon Sharpe for “defamatory allegations.” When he started his podcast Friday, Pat didn’t seem too upset. “I’m getting sued by Brett Favre; yep, we made it, boys!” McAfee said. “Let’s raise our drinks.” He said lawyers had asked him to take down some video of him discussing the Favre welfare fraud allegations and he told them to go pound rocks and then this week he was given a deadline to issue an apology. “Let’s ride this fucker! I’m excited to see how it goes,” McAfee said. “I’ll see you in court, pal!”

It will be interesting to see if McAfee can lose money for reading a newspaper on the air.
