The Martha’s Vineyard migrants are suing the Governor of Florida, alleging they are victims of a conspiracy to falsely imprison them. They were lured into the scheme with the promise of jobs and social services. “Defendants manipulated them, stripped them of their dignity, deprived them of their liberty, bodily autonomy, due process, and equal protection under law, and impermissibly interfered with the Federal Government’s exclusive control over immigration in furtherance of an unlawful goal and a personal political agenda.”

Someone wrote in red paint on the Washington Monument “Have you been fucked by this? Gov Says Tough Shit”. The suspect is in custody and the paint has been removed.

The People Are Unhappy With ESPN's Lack Of Brett Favre Coverage
Brett Favre is trending again due to people being upset with the lack of coverage he is receiving due to his role in taking $5 million to build a volleyball stadium. They’re bringing up how ESPN hammered Michael Vick for months and Favre doesn’t seem to be getting brought up at all.

NBC Says It Will Not Air the Golden Globes in 2022
The Hollywood Foreign Press has been on the outs for their lack of diversity, and NBC feels they haven’t accomplished enough reform yet, so they announced that they will not broadcast this year’s events, but have not ruled out a return in 2023.

Brad Pitt and Nick Cave Make Their Fine Art Debut in Finland
The two celebrities surprised everyone with an art show consisting of sculptures and ceramics pieces. Pitt says his work is about self reflection. “It was borne out of ownership of really what I call a radical inventory of self, getting really, brutally honest with me and … taking account of those I may have hurt and moments I’ve just gotten wrong,” Cave did a series of ceramics depicting the life of the devil,. “For me, personally, it speaks into something about the idea of forgiveness or the need to be forgiven. It’s a very personal work for me.”
