A group of concerned citizens in the Hells Kitchen neighborhood of NYC has dedicated themselves to killing spotted lantern flies. Armed with a concoction of Dawn dish soap, water and vegetable oil, they hit the street with a mission to spray or step on every lantern fly in the neighborhood.
