CNN Sent Out Welcome Baskets To Laid Off Workers By Mistake
CNN’s streaming service shut down April 21st, but hundreds of laid off staffers accidentally received a gift baskets from the network. The basket included branded gear, pens, headphones, a popcorn maker and an encouraging note saying ‘This is an incredible time to be part of CNN’.

Married With Children The Animated Series
The whole family from the sitcom Married with Children are all returning to voice roles in a revival animated version of the series. Katey Sagal, Ed O’Neill, Christina Applegate and David Faustino are all in. No word on if Marcy will be back with or without Steve or Jefferson.

Diddy Wants To Uncancel The Cancelled
P. Diddy says one of the things he hopes to accomplish as host and executive producer of this year’s Billboard Music Awards is to ‘spread love and forgiveness’ and ‘uncanceling the canceled’. The rap mogul added that he insisted that Morgan Wallen and Travis Scott both appear on Sunday’s show.

Good Times Painting Goes For 15 Million
‘The Sugar Shack’, the 1976 Ernie Barnes painting that was made famous by Marvin Gaye’s album ‘I Want You’ and in the credits of ‘Good Times’, sold for a record-breaking $15.2 million. It was estimated that it would go between $150,000 to $200,000.

The Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences announced the 2023 Oscars will happen on March 12th.

Netflix Is Thinking About Going Live
This could be the biggest change for Netflix since they stopped sending CDs in the mail. The streaming giant is planning to start broadcasting live- or livestreaming- some programming. Unscripted shows including competitions series and comedy specials will be first on the list for live broadcasts.
