An Arkansas server who accepted a $4400 tip was fired after she refused to turn 80% of the tip over to her shift manager, who wanted to split it among the entire staff. The server had waited on a 40 person table with one other server, and they planned to split the gratuity evenly. When she didn’t want to give up the lions share of the tip, she lost her job.

Normally, you have to have a gun to attempt this kind of robbery.
