Forbes traced the source of the false information to find out how it became a conspiracy theory. They found a Canada-based publication called the “Conservative Beaver” was the original source of the misinformation, with a “Beaver Exclusive” that said Albert Bourla was arrested by the FBI on November 5, and further reported that there was a media blackout ordered which kept the arrest secret.
