Juventus FC Women Apologize for Lame Racist Tweet

No one seems to be able to explain why the Juventus account posted a photo of one of the players pulling her eyes slanted with a cone on her head, and doubled down creating an emoji doing the same. The apology that followed didn’t quite cover the damage, with the account tweeting that the original post was not meant to cause controversy or have racial undertones. The team apologized that the post offended anyone.
