Who Falls Asleep At the Wheel of a Scooter!?

Everyone enjoys an afternoon nap.  However in Russia, sometimes they happen while in traffic and riding a motor scooter.  Bad idea.  That must have been some amazing Vodka she was drinking– it took the broadside of a large truck gave her a wake up call.
