Ghislaine Maxwell was charged with sex trafficking of a minor with accusations that include grooming a 14 year old, and paying her hundreds of dollars. She had previously been charged with grooming and assisting but never in sex trafficking.

Court Says Barstool Sports Didn't Defame Michael Rapaport

One part of the ugly lawsuit between Michael Rapaport and Barstool Sports has ended. A court has determined that Barstool did not defame the actor when they called him racist, a hack, a wanna be or a liar, because all of those terms are subjective and cannot be proven true or false. The rest of the claims- like memes or tshirts, trashing Rapaport, or saying he has herpes, the court said were clearly hyperbole and nobody could possibly believe Barstool was communicating facts.

Hey remember when Rapaport used to act? Those were the good ole- non-herpes shirt days.
