432 Park Ave is only 5 years old and was built to be the biggest (tallest really) and the best (apartments sold for as much as $88 mil). But The NYT reports that building is falling apart because its quest to be super different resulted in design flaws aplenty. Plumbing issues (no shock there), elevator problems (duh) and creaky walls are just a few of the complaints.

Maybe they should have built it taller and skinnier and charge more money? Would that help??

So many changes with this year’s Super Bowl- including how it will look on television. CBS will be using more cameras, placing them closer than ever before, and even using special tech that will make many shots look more like a video game than televised live sports. And because there are fewer fans, there’s more room for more cameras. Wired reports that the first 3 rows will have no fans- only media- with more cameras that are higher resolution than we’ve seen before. 120 cameras will be used as opposed to around 20 used in a regular game. Resolution will be 8xs higher than have ever been used in a football game.

Madden TV this year. Let’s hope next year’s Super Bowl will be more like an Colecovision football game.
