In 2020 Yelp wants to help by encouraging people to be kind in their views, but also in calling out racist establishments.

Now, when a business gains public attention (ie, press in a reputable media source) for reports of racist conduct, the flag “Business Accused of Racist Behavior” will appear on the establishment’s Yelp page along with a link to a news article where they can learn more about the incident.

Count down to people saying “oh but what if people make it up” about a site where you could make up that a restaurant has a sewer rat for a hostess.
