Finally. A Reason to be Glad You Live in the USA Instead of Australia.

A federal district court has ruled against an Act that would have required cigarette companies to include graphic images and more severe warnings on cigarette packs.

The Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, passed in 2009, would have required nine written warnings such as “Cigarettes are addictive” and “Tobacco smoke causes harm to children.” The act would have also required alternating images of a corpse and smoke-infected lungs to be included.
