Donald Glover Showed a Trailer for a Secret Movie He Filmed With Rihanna
While at his Pharos festival in New Zealand, Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino revealed a trailer for “Guava Island.” The trailer for the movie he secretly filmed with Rihanna in Cuba is directed by Hiro Murai. The last time we saw Miro and Glover pair up was for the high profile video “This is America,” also shot in Cuba.
In the teaser, fans saw Rihanna enter a room while Glover is singing and playing a guitar. Then some rapid clips show Glover performing, and ultimately taken hostage. “We live in paradise but none of us actually have the time or the means to live here,” he says in the clip.
Guava Island also stars Nonso Anozie and Black Panther breakout star Letitia Wright.
Fans are freaking out over the reveal, begging the star to #takemymoney.
