Flight Delayed For Apology

Southwest Airlines known for their singing flight attendants and insulting Kevin Smith, has a new feature.  Public apologies.  Flight attendants give this high school athlete the mic to make an apology for cutting in line to board the plane.  Maybe his coaches should be more concerned about his reading skills than making him say he’s sorry.
