Superintendent Brian Levesque, 45, of Brooklyn, assistant principal Tatiana Patten, 59, of Niantic and 64-year-old principal Jeffrey Theodoss of Shrewsberry, MA were arrested in connection with the incident. 23-year-old substitute math teacher Ryan Fish was the teacher in the video and the first person caught in the Connecticut scandal. It’s not going to help the teacher’s court case that he was more protective of his garbage can than students.
