Gina Rodriguez Will Play Carmen Sandiego For Netflix, Twice

Netflix is bringing back Carmen Sandiego from the 90’s for a live action film they’re producing. Comedian Gina Rodriguez (Jane the Virgin) will play the kids’ favorite for the platform and voice the character on an animated series. Finn Wolfhard of Stranger Things will play Carmen’s friend and sidekick on the animated version.

Eventually, they’re going to run out of 90’s properties to reboot and re-imagine and then the 2000’s kids are going to get their chance to feel old.
