A Fourth Explosion Has Happened In Austin

Yet another bomb has gone off in Austin, Texas. This time, the IED injured two men Sunday night which apparently, they set off by hitting a trip wire. Authorities say the device was possibly on the side of the road and think they could be related to the previous explosions. Unless of course, there is now a copycat serial bomber, which would be weird even for Austin.
