Ladies, the best summer discounts are in China. A Chinese amusement park, the “Merry-Land Resort” is offering half off admission for girls who wear mini-skirts. There are rules though. Your skirt must be shorter than 38 inches and they will measure. It’s mini-skirts only and no shorts or short dresses. And other customers are allowed to throw water at you and get your skirt wet. That last one is real and written in very small print on the back of the ticket.
