Jaywalking is a Very Serious Offense

A Florida man was detained, questioned, and tasered three times by policemen wearing shorts after they stopped him for jaywalking.  His friend screamed for a supervisor repeatedly for about ten minutes while he informed the cops, slowly and calmly called them criminals.  Where did this all go down?  Florida of course.  Where  justice will once again prevail.  Congratulations Florida. You’ve busted yet another major jaywalking ring.
