LA Cops Popping Off

Los Angeles cops decided to start shooting into the crowd during the L.A. Artwalk a few days ago, hitting a few bystanders. Maybe the guy interviewed shouldn’t blindly run towards the giant crowd next time, or at least have his head on a swivel because L.A. cops just don’t give a fuck.
