Town Councilman Forced To Resign For Being A Furry

In the town of New Milford, Connecticut, the residents now have one less city councilman. That’s because Scott Chamberlain was forced to resign his position after a town resident exposed his life as a “furry” on a community Facebook page. Furries like to dress up in animal costumes and interact and role play with other people doing the same thing. The mayor “called for his immediate resignation from the Town Council and any other appointed Boards and Commissions” and Chamberlain agreed. Fine, but now who’s going to dress up as the Easter Bunny for next spring’s New Milford Easter Egg Roll!?
