Internet Pissed At Joel Osteen For Closing Houston Mega-Church During Harvey

Pastor Joel Osteen leads the 16,800-seat arena Lakewood Church in Houston. It’s the same building where the Rockets once played in the NBA. Now, since the church wasn’t affected by Hurricane Harvey and with evacuation space being desperately needed since the storm, people are furious with Osteen for closing his church’s doors when it could be used to help evacuees. Hey! Read your Bibles people! You didn’t see Noah letting any people on that ark after the Earth started flooding either.
