Mayor Signs Law Making NYC, America’s Most Expensive Place To Buy Cigarettes
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio signed a bill that will raise the minimum price for a pack of cigarettes to $13, the most expensive in the country. Plus, he’s also reducing the number of stores that can even sell cigarettes by banning pharmacies from carrying them. So, it’s finally going to come down to that age old question.
