Watch an ‘SNL’ Producer Make Fart Sounds for 60 Seconds Straight
Show business can be glamorous, but not always. Sometimes, behind all of the beautiful prop work, convincing stage sets and brilliant acting is a guy making fart noises.
Saturday Night Live occasionally uploads videos to their YouTube page that show the behind-the-scenes action that makes the show come together. On Thursday, they posted a video of SNL producer/writer Steve Higgins providing some stellar sound effects work in the form of fart sounds that would put any 12 year old boy to shame. In the clip, Higgins can be seen in a studio providing live sound effects as last weekend’s “Gym Class” skit took place on stage. Higgins is clearly having a good time throughout, and can you blame him? The guy gets paid to provide fart sound effects for one of comedy’s most legendary shows.
