Who Is Hosting Saturday Night Live Tonight: October 29, 2016
Saturday Night Live is taking the night off tonight- we can only assume to rest up before the big election week episode, and to go to Halloween parties. Since the show will not be live, an encore broadcast of the Saturday Night Live Season 42 premiere will air tonight with host Margot Robbie. This was Robbie’s first time hosting the show, after her big blockbuster performance as Harley Quinn in this summer’s hit popcorn/superhero flick Suicide Squad.
The premiere was a really strong episode- tune in to see Alec Baldwin’s debut as SNL’s new Trump impression, a hilarious edition of Celebrity Family Feud featuring Trump supporters vs Clinton supporters, and a hot/not digital short about a librarian. Make sure you stay up late to check out a Scooby Doo parody sketch called the Hunch Bunch.
Saturday Night Live will return live on November 5 with host Benedict Cumberbatch and musical guest Solange.
