The same picture of a man keeps showing up on victim lists in terrorist attacks recently including: the airport attack in Turkey, the EgyptAir crash, the Orlando night club shooting, and a protest in Mexico. Turns out he’s a con artist who ripped a few people off in Mexico and now his victims are trolling news organizations and submitting his photo whenever a tragedy happens. Unfortunately, this will not get anyone’s money back, but it will annoy every news outlet, so it’s a win-win.
