School In Maine Shows Off 40 Year Old Twinkie

In 1976, Roger Bennatti, a teacher at George Stevens University took a Twinkie out of the wrapper and placed it on top of the chalkboard. Bennatti retired in 2004 and the Twinkie ended up with the dean of the school who had her father make a glass case for it to be kept in. She hopes to find a more prominent place to keep it so students see that some scientific experiments last more than 45 minutes. Just make sure the box is locked TIGHT because drunk college kids will eat ANYTHING at 2 AM.
