Court Overturns Ventura’s American Sniper Case

A US Circuit Court has overturned the verdict in Gov Jesse Ventura’s unjust enrichment and defamation case against deceased Navy Seal Chris Kyle who wrote American Sniper. In the book, Kyle alleged that Ventura had disparaged the Iraq war, and the Seals, an incident which Ventura denies.
Jesse Ventura will not be spending the 1.8 million dollars that he won from a dead man. Guess life isn’t fair.
