Apartment Complex Has Weird New Facebook Rules

Tenants of a Salt Lake City apartment complex received a letter taped to their doors explaining some new rules. They are being forced to “friend” the complex’s Facebook page within 5 days of the posted notice or else be in breach of contract, even though they signed a lease months prior to the rules. The new rules also have a stipulation that would allow the page to post pictures of tenants and their visitors. The last time you were forced to be friends with someone you didn’t want to, was that weird neighbor kid your mom made you invite over in 5th grade. And remember how he turned out?
