Troy Smith “Graduated With A Degree In Bachelors”

2006 Heisman Trophy Winner, Troy Smith, was arrested on Sunday for suspicion of being intoxicated behind the wheel. When the cops pulled over the former Ohio State Buckeye they asked him what his highest level of education was and Smith said “My name is Troy Smith. I graduated from Ohio State with a degree in bachelors.” It only gets weirder from there as he has trouble reciting the alphabet. The cop must be a Michigan fan.
