Ivy League Eliminates Tackling at Football Practices!?

footballThe New York Times is reporting that Ivy League football coaches are getting rid of all full contact hits during practices, at least in regular season. The move is a reaction to increasing information about the lasting brain trauma that is a result of the hits players take in football.

Let’s face it. The Ivy League pretty much has pretty much eliminated tackling from football games too.
