NBA Considering Becoming Complete Sell-Outs
The NBA owners will be meeting Sunday during the All-Star Game festivities. One of the topics at this meeting would be putting corporate logos on team jerseys. The proposal ideally would allow smaller-market teams to gain revenue, with 50 percent of the ad money going to the individual teams and the other half going to a shared NBA pot. The individual advertising deals would run for a maximum of three years and begin in the 2017-18 season. Don’t do it guys, this is literally the only thing we have left over soccer!
