Los Angeles Is Going To Build The Most Expensive Stadium In The World

With the return of the Rams to the Los Angeles area, the owner Stan Kroenke plans to capitalize on his new investment by building the most expensive stadium ever created. Los Angeles and Kroenke want to be build a sports mega-complex that has an estimated cost of between 2 & 3 billion dollars. The development will feature the 3.1 million square foot stadium, a 6,000-seat performance venue, more than 1.5 million square feet of retail and office space, 25 acres of parks, a new hotel and 2,500 homes. This would pass Metlife Stadium in New Jersey (the current most expensive stadium) by over a billion dollars. It’s good to invest in something that no one will go to, if the Rams can’t make the playoffs.
