Bill Burr’s animated series F is for Family is premiering on December 18th! Save that Date!

F is for Family, created by Bill Burr and Emmy award-winner Michael Price (The Simpsons), follows the Murphy family in the 1970’s, a time when you could smack your kid, smoke inside and bring a gun to the airport. We couldn’t be more excited to see the series which we’ve been hearing about all year.

Burr will voice the role of Frank Murphy, the family’s extreme patriarch; Laura Dern will voice Frank’s wife Sue; and Justin Long voices the family’s oldest son, Kevin. The show is executive-produced by Burr, Vince Vaughn (Art of Conflict, The Break Up, Couples Retreat), EmmyⓇ award-nominee Peter Billingsley (Dinner for Five, Couple’s Retreat) and showrunner Michael Price. Michael Lagnese and Victoria Vaughn, from Wild West Television, are co-executive producers on the series.

Bill Burr is one of the top stand ups performing today. Burr won the Just for Laughs Award for Stand Up Comedian of the year in 2014, his weekly podcast “Bill Burr’s Monday Morning Podcast” is huge, he’s filmed and aired two outstanding comedy specials, and recently released a vinyl recording of his Carnegie Hall performance, not to mention tv appearances, film roles and one of the few rare guests to be invited back to tape a second episode of Unmasked with Ron Bennington (air date tba soon!)

Here is your first look at F is for Family, coming to Netflix on December 18th
