It’s been one year since most of America learned that Bill Cosby had some very serious skeletons in his closet, and right on time for the one year anniversary, the upcoming issue of Ebony magazine plans to tackle some tough Cosby questions.

A controversial cover for the November issue is already creating some buzz– a smiling Huxtable Family portrait with an overlay of smashed glass.

In a preview of the new issue, Ebony’s Goldie Taylor asks “Cliff-Hanger: Can ‘The Cosby Show’ Survive? Should It?” In 1984, the preview says, The Cosby Show hit the airwaves. “Now, some three decades later, as Cosby stands accused of sexually assaulting at least 40 women, Black America is left to grapple with his once-unimpeachable legacy. If Bill Cosby is finished, what does that mean for Cliff, and the rest of the tribe called Huxtable?”

Cosby has lost many supporters, accolades and honors over the past year. If Dr. Cosby loses Ebony, is that the final blow that destroys any chance of repairing his legacy?
