Chase Utley Suspended For Slide That Broke Met’s Leg

Dodgers infielder Chase Utley had a nasty slide to try to break up a double-play against the Mets in Game 2 of their series. He not only broke the double-play, but he broke Mets shortstop Ruben Tejada’s leg. The ugly play just landed Utley a two-game suspension. Utley might appeal, claiming he wasn’t trying to hurt Tejada, he just has absolutely no idea where second base is.
