Most people in Peru do not trust the police to do their jobs and often feel that punishment for criminals is far too lenient. So to fight this problem, Peruvians from all over the country have decided to take justice into their own hands by a launching a graphic new social media campaign of civilians instituting their own form punishment. It’s a graphic videos showing people being whipped, stripped and forced to eat hot pepper. So if you were planning on committing a crime in Peru, maybe you should hold off a few months.
