The Montreal Just for Laughs Festival attracts some of the biggest names in Comedy. Chappelle. Mike Meyers. Trevor Noah. Kevin Hart. But who stopped traffic everywhere she went? Little Ellie Kemper. We caught some photos of Kemper being mobbed by fans and paparazzi as she headed up an escalator on her way to the Red Carpet event on Friday. While she rode the escalator they chased after her on the adjacent stairway.
