Kevin Hart’s Awful SNL Audition and Strange Family
Last night, Kevin Hart shared the story about auditioning for SNL and failing. Kevin did a one sentence impression of a person that nobody knew– Avery Johnson who played point guard for the San Antonio Spurs, and went on to coach and then eventually become a sports analyst. What he didn’t explain, was why.
But everything worked out and Kevin has gone on to be one of the most famous people in entertainment. Kevin talked about his family last night on Conan too. His dad is proud, has one piece of advice, and shares disgusting peppermints. His brother is constantly bringing him down and pointing out only negative things, but at least he’s “giving it to you real.”
Sorry ladies he’s getting married, or as he says “gonna take this little piece of chocolate and freeze it up.” He’s staying out of the wedding though. He told Conan he’s going to just give her a budget and step back. Already his brother things it’s a bad idea, and his father thinks he’s being a bitch.
