Last year, revenue from streaming music reached $1.89 billion dollars versus CD sales which brought in $1.85 billion. Great news for the eventual march towards no one actually owning the music they love. Times have changed dramatically since $1.85 billion dollars was equal to just 7 CD sales in 1998.
